Blaine County Jail Mugshots Overview

The roster is run through the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and serves the county jail population, not every person with a Blaine County criminal case. - Review the list card for the person's name and booked date/time, then choose View Details or the linked name.
- Confirm identity by comparing the booking photo with the full name, sex, race, residing city, inmate ID, and charge list.
- If the person is no longer listed, call the jail at (580) 623-9965 or submit a written Oklahoma Open Records Act request to the sheriff's office.
- If the person was moved to state prison, use the ODOC offender lookup. If the person is in ICE custody at Diamondback, use the ICE locator and facility contact channels.
The sheriff home page also has a Recent Bookings area with recent inmate names or cards, but the roster detail page is the better documented source for a booking photo. No daily booking report PDF, app-only mugshot feed, or historical mugshot archive was located in the Blaine County research. Blaine County Mugshot Record Fields
A Blaine County jail mugshot appears with a lean profile. The record does not contain every fact a reader may expect from a larger county roster. The research sample did not show bond, housing unit, court date, arresting agency, warrant number, release date, or sentence status. If a photo is present but the court details are missing, that is not a site error. It reflects the split between jail intake records and court filings. Bond and case status should be checked through the jail, ODCR, OSCN, or the Blaine County Court Clerk once a case has been opened.
Are Blaine County Mugshots Public
Oklahoma law is generally favorable to public access for adult booking photos. The key rule for Blaine County jail mugshots is the law-enforcement-records portion of the Oklahoma Open Records Act. The Oklahoma Senate mugshot study summarized the Attorney General position that booking photographs are public records because they function as an arrestee description. The Attorney General opinion located in the research says adult mugshots are open records, must be disclosed on request, and should be provided electronically when the agency keeps them electronically and the requester asks for that format.

The Oklahoma Senate mugshot study summarizes the state Attorney General view that adult booking photographs are public records under the Open Records Act.
Juvenile records are different. A juvenile booking or court matter should not be treated like an adult roster photo. Sealed records, confidential investigative details, and records covered by specific restrictions may also be withheld or limited. When a record is not online, the right next step is a focused request to the agency that holds the record, not a commercial mugshot source.
Blaine County Mugshot Retention
The sheriff site does not state how long a mugshot remains online after release. The roster appears to focus on current in-custody inmates, and the research did not locate a historical photo archive. That means a person may have a public booking photo while listed in the Blaine County Jail roster, but the same photo may not remain visible after the person leaves current custody. A written records request may still be available if the sheriff's office retains the booking record.
Public and not public: Adult booking photos and basic booking facts are generally public in Oklahoma. Juvenile records, sealed records, confidential investigative details, and federal or ICE mugshots may not be available through the county roster.
For custody status after a photo disappears from the current roster, use the jail phone line, Oklahoma VINELink, ODOC, BOP, or ICE depending on where the person may have moved. A missing Blaine County mugshot does not prove that no arrest occurred. It may mean the person was released, transferred, misidentified, sealed, or never booked into the county jail.

Useful request details include full name, date of birth if known, booking date, arresting agency if known, inmate ID, case number if one exists, and whether an electronic copy is requested. Do not send payment until the office confirms any copy cost or process. If the person is no longer in county custody, ask whether the record remains with the sheriff or whether another agency now holds the relevant file.
Blaine County Mugshot Removal
The Blaine County Sheriff's Office did not publish a mugshot-removal policy after dismissal, acquittal, or expungement in the inspected research. Oklahoma OSBI materials distinguish Section 18 arrest-record expungement from 991(c) deferred-sentence updates. A person seeking sealing or removal should use the court and OSBI process first, then provide the final order to each record-holding agency that needs to update access.

The OSBI expungement page explains statewide criminal-history record updates. A dismissal alone may not erase online or agency-held booking records without the correct order.
Do not rely on pay-for-removal offers or unofficial image reposts to determine whether the official Blaine County record has changed. The official path is the court order, OSBI update where needed, and direct follow-up with the sheriff's office or other agency that holds the booking photo.
State and Federal Mugshots
County booking photos are not the same as state prison or federal custody photos. If a Blaine County inmate is convicted and transferred to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, the county roster is no longer the right lookup tool.
