Search the Blaine County Jail Roster
The official Blaine County Jail inmate search is the first source for current county jail custody. During inspection it was free, public, and did not require a login. The roster page opens with an Oklahoma VINE notice, then provides a Search by Name control and current booking cards. On June 25, 2026, it showed results 1 to 12 of 36, so the live list had 36 visible results at that point.
The roster covers the Blaine County Jail population: people awaiting trial, people serving Blaine County court sentences of one year or less, and municipal-police arrestees held locally. It does not cover sentenced state prisoners after ODOC transfer, ordinary federal custody, or ICE detainees at Diamondback Correctional Facility. Those systems use different locators and different record fields.
The sheriff roster page shows the current public search layout.
The roster image is useful because it shows the simple name-search model and current booking cards that lead into detail profiles.
Use the Blaine County Inmate Roster
Start with the exact name if known. The sheriff page did not publish wildcard rules, date filters, or first-name and last-name separation, so plain name spelling is the safest first pass. If spelling is uncertain, try a partial last name only if the interface accepts it, then compare the detail fields before treating a result as the right person.
- Open the official Blaine County Jail inmate search page.
- Enter the person's name in the Search by Name field.
- Review the list card for the name and booked date/time.
- Open View Details to see the mugshot, full name, inmate ID, city, and charges.
- If the person does not appear, call the jail at (580) 623-9965 and check VINE or the correct state, federal, or ICE locator.
Blaine County Roster Search Fields
The Blaine County inmate records portal is simpler than many large-county jail systems. Research found one public name-search field, result cards, and a detail link. It did not find filters for charge, bond, booking number, arresting agency, date range, or housing unit. That matters because a user may need the jail information line or court portals for details not published in the roster interface.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search by Name | Text | Unspecified | Public page shows one name-search field without published syntax. |
| View Details | Link/button per result | Optional action | Opens an inmate detail page by BookingID. |
| Pagination / results | Automatic display | Not applicable | Observed as results 1 to 12 of 36 on June 25, 2026. |
What Blaine County Inmate Records Show
The inspected Blaine County inmate profile was useful but narrow. It showed the booking mugshot, name, sex, race, an age label, residing city, inmate ID, and charges. It did not show a bond amount, bond type, case number, court date, housing unit, arresting agency, release date, or formal status field in the captured text. Use ODCR or OSCN for court filings and call the jail for custody or release details that the public profile leaves out.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Booking mugshot | Single booking photo on the inmate detail page. |
| Name | Full public name on list and detail pages. |
| Booked | Booking date and time on the list card. |
| Sex / Race | Single-letter markers in the sample profile. |
| Age | Label present, though the sample value was not captured. |
| Residing City | City such as Meno in the inspected sample. |
| Inmate ID | Local jail identifier. |
| Charges | Plain-language charge list, not a full court docket. |
The sample public inmate detail page captured in the research file shows how sparse the profile can be.
The sample profile is also the best evidence that booking photos appear after opening an individual record, not just from the list view.
Blaine County Inmate Access Channels
When the online roster does not answer the question, move through the documented channels in order. The jail phone is best for a new booking, a recent release, or a name that does not appear online. The sheriff's main line routes non-emergency records and office questions. A written Oklahoma Open Records Act request is the route for older booking records, mugshots not visible online, or jail records that are not on the roster.
For a records request, be specific enough that jail staff can identify the record without guessing. Useful details include full name, date of birth if known, booking date or date range, inmate ID or BookingID, the type of record sought, and whether the request is for inspection or copies. The sheriff site did not publish a special jail-record request form or fee table, so the local contact points are the sheriff's office address, main line, fax, and the jail information line.
| Need | Best Channel | What to Know |
|---|---|---|
| Current county custody | Sheriff roster | Use the public name search first. |
| New booking or release check | Jail phone, (580) 623-9965 | Call when the roster is delayed or unclear. |
| Custody notifications | Oklahoma VINELink | VINE is named on the sheriff roster and supports notifications. |
| Older booking records | Open Records Act request | Include name, date range, inmate ID or BookingID if known, and desired format. |
| Sentenced state prisoner | ODOC Offender Lookup | Use after transfer to Oklahoma DOC custody. |
| Federal or ICE custody | BOP or ICE | Use separate federal and immigration locator rules. |
Blaine County Jail Facilities
Blaine County has two detention facilities in the facility map, but only one is the local county jail. The distinction controls the right search path, visitation rules, mail rules, and records request route.

Booking Process in Blaine County
A Blaine County booking usually begins after an arrest by the sheriff's office, a municipal police department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, or another authorized agency. Jail staff create the intake record, confirm identity, collect property, screen for contraband, and record booking data. The public roster proves that the jail records a booked date/time and creates an inmate profile with a mugshot, identity fields, inmate ID, and current charges.
The sheriff site does not publish a full booking manual or a refresh time for the roster. If a person was just arrested and is not yet visible, call the jail. After booking, the case path moves toward first appearance, bond, and prosecutor review. Formal filed charges then appear in court records, which may differ from booking charges shown on the jail profile.
Blaine County Visitation and Mail
Personal visitation for Blaine County Jail is video-based through NCIC Inmate Communication Systems. The sheriff page instructs visitors to create an account, select Blaine County Facility, select the inmate, and choose the visit date and time. Attorney and counsel visits are scheduled with the jail administrator. Video visits may be monitored and recorded, and the jail may stop visits for rule violations.
| Visit Type | Scheduling | Schedule | Rules |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal video visit | NCIC scheduling | Visitor selects available date/time in the account | Monitored and recorded; visitor must be 18 or with parent/legal guardian. |
| Attorney/counsel visit | Schedule with jail administrator | Not published | Separate from ordinary personal visits. |
| Public in-person visit | No ordinary schedule published | Not applicable | Sheriff page frames personal visits as video visits. |
Mail must be addressed to the inmate name, c/o Blaine County Jail, 220 N. Burford, Watonga, OK 73772. Mail is opened and checked for contraband, and the sender's first and last name plus return address are required. The current policy bans inmate-to-inmate correspondence, newspapers, magazines, Polaroids, extra photos beyond the stated limit, pens, pencils, stamps, envelopes, blank paper, musical cards, and items that cannot be scanned.
Commissary and Inmate Funds
Blaine County Jail uses Tiger Commissary for commissary deposits and orders. The sheriff page says weekly commissary orders are placed on Thursday and must be called in by 8:00 AM each Thursday. Fees were not published on the sheriff page, so fee amounts should be confirmed through the vendor or jail before sending money.
| Service | Provider or Detail | Timing / Fee Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Commissary deposits | Tiger Commissary | Online deposits available; fees not published in sheriff text. |
| Commissary orders | Tiger Commissary | Orders placed Thursday and due by 8:00 AM Thursday. |
| Medical visit fee | Jail medical billing | $10 medical visit fee listed by the jail medical-services page. |
| Prescription fee | Jail medical billing | $5 prescription fee listed by the jail medical-services page. |
Note: Confirm the person is still in Blaine County Jail before sending funds or scheduling a visit.
County State Federal and ICE Searches
A Blaine County inmate record can disappear from the jail roster because the person was released, moved to another jail, transferred to ODOC, taken into federal custody, or held for immigration detention. The correct next search depends on the custody type, not just on the person's home county.
Diamondback Correctional Facility is the main local example of why that distinction matters. It is in Watonga, but it is not a sheriff-operated county jail and should be searched through ICE custody tools. By contrast, a sentenced Oklahoma prisoner from a Blaine County case uses the ODOC locator after transfer, while a federal inmate uses BOP. Matching the person to the correct custody system prevents false negatives and avoids sending visit, mail, or money requests to the wrong office.
| Custody Type | Where to Look | Record Difference |
|---|---|---|
| County jail | Blaine sheriff roster | Booking mugshot, inmate ID, charge list, booked date. |
| Sentenced state prison | Oklahoma DOC Offender Lookup | DOC number, status, facility, sentence table, and DOC photo when available. |
| Federal custody | BOP Inmate Locator | Register number, location, age, race, sex, and release date fields. |
| Immigration detention | ICE Online Detainee Locator | A-number/country or name/country/date-of-birth search for current ICE custody. |
